| Most power equipment will eventually need parts. We have people
come into our store every day who have bought a "brand X" machine
from Costco or Home Depot looking for parts. Many times they learn
there is no place in Hawaii that has parts for their brand.
Our parts department has parts & accessories for all the brands that we sell. We stock most common parts, but should you need a part that is not in stock, we can order it. We order parts once a week. Approximate waiting time is 7 to 10 days. Rush orders are available. In order to look up parts for your machine, we must have a complete model number (and sometimes a serial number). If you purchased your machine from us, we can check your records to see what model you have. Parts are not interchangeable from model to model or brand to brand. We carry replacement chains for all brands chain saws. If your chain saw is a brand that we sell, we will need the model & the bar length in order to look up a replacement chain. If you bought your saw from us, we will have that information on file. If your chain saw is not a brand that we sell, simply bring in your old chain and we can match it up. Some manufacturers allow you to look up your own parts on-line.
