Our parts department has parts & accessories for all the brands that we sell. We stock most common parts, but should you need a part that is not in stock, it can be special ordered if paid in advance. Approximate waiting time for special order parts is 1 to 2 weeks. Rush orders are available.
In order to look up parts for your machine, we must have a complete model number (and sometimes a serial number). If you purchased your machine from us, we can check your records to see what model you have. Parts are not interchangeable from model to model or brand to brand. We carry replacement chains for all chain saws. If your chain saw is a brand that we sell, we will need the model & the bar length in order to look up a replacement chain. To measure your bar length, with the bar still mounted to the saw, measure from the front of the engine to the tip of the bar. Measuring a bar that is not mounted to the saw will give you an incorrect reading. If your chain saw is not a brand that we do not sell, simply bring in your chain or entire chain saw and we can match the chain. Some manufacturers allow you to look up your own parts on-line.
